Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this site. Email notifications may be sent to our operations inbox.

Retention

We retain submissions as long as needed to operate the business relationship and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Service providers that host or deliver email act only as processors on our behalf.

Deletion requests

To request deletion or a copy of your submission data, email info@primehomesites.com from the address you used on the form.
